Hi, I’m Kelly—a Personal Trainer, Sports Coach, and all-round silly billy, based in London.
I help people build strength, move with confidence, and reconnect with their bodies through personalised, holistic, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ inclusive coaching.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that every body holds a story. As someone who navigates my own mental health challenges, I know that fitness isn’t just about physical strength—it’s about creating spaces where we feel safe, supported, and empowered to show up as we are. By taking a trauma-informed approach, I aim to provide an environment where you can explore movement at your own pace, without judgment or pressure.
As an LGBTQ+ coach, I also recognise how important it is to feel truly seen and respected in fitness spaces that haven’t always been inclusive. My goal is to create a space where everyone—regardless of gender identity, sexuality, background, or experience—can feel safe, celebrated, and strong.
Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance performance, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more capable, I combine prehab and rehab exercises, strength training, and mindful movement to support your unique journey.
With a background in strength training, rugby, and play, I bring a deep understanding of both high-performance sport and functional fitness for everyday life. But beyond sets and reps, I focus on the whole person—your mindset, nervous system, recovery, and relationship with movement.
That’s why I design programmes that are effective, sustainable, and adaptable to your life. Together, we’ll work toward goals that matter to you—whether that’s lifting heavier, moving pain-free, playing your sport with confidence, or simply feeling stronger and more at home in your body.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching a diverse range of clients, including:
– guiding someone to their first pull-up
– supporting a client to run their first marathon
– helping an office worker improve posture and reduce daily discomfort
– coaching an individual to build visible muscle definition in just three months
– assisting a rugby player’s return-to-play journey post-injury
– helping someone in their 50s feel confident with free weights
– coaching a 60-year-old to achieve a 100kg deadlift milestone
No matter your background, experience, or goals, you deserve training that meets you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and care.
If you’re looking for a coach who sees you as a whole person, values progress over perfection, and believes strength is for every body, I’d love to work with you.
Let’s build something powerful—inside and out.
